Eng. Armand Naporowski
Managing Director
Graduate of universities of technology in Kielce, Lublin and Cracow, of SGH Warsaw School of Economics, the Jan Kochanowski University and the Agricultural University in Cracow. 14 years of experience in energy management and advisory. Completed dozens of trainings in business, sales and energy efficiency. Helped entrepreneurs save and earn tens of millions of zloty altogether. At Technius he oversees the energy analyses process and performs their final review — making sure clients get reliable data and realistic financial models for their investments.
Dr. Eng. Michał Gnatowski
Board Member, Technius EMS
Graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology and PhD from the Institute of Fundamental Technological Research, Polish Academy of Sciences. Experienced in PLC programming, SCADA systems, district-heating substation monitoring, mobile robotics and Java development. Currently a Fullstack Java Developer responsible for device monitoring and IoT solutions — a key role in the architecture of Technius's EMS system.
