Step 1
Selection of applications

Submitted application documents (CV, motivation letter, questionnaire) are analysed in terms of the congruence between the candidate and the profile of the position applied for, his/her career path and chances of development within the Technius Sp. z o.o. structures.

Step 2
Recruitment meeting

Authors of applications that meet the formal requirements and are positively evaluated in terms of the above criteria will be invited by telephone to the first stage of interviews - competency-based interviews, taking place during online meetings.

Step 3
Meeting the best candidates

Candidates whose potential for development within Technius Sp. z o.o.'s structures is assessed the highest will be invited to the second stage of interviews. During this part of the recruitment process, the candidate will learn details about the company's operations, employment system, career development paths and will have the opportunity to have his/her own questions answered.

Step 4
Implementation meeting

The final step for cooperation is to pass a test of the current state of knowledge of the Polish energy sector, gained from the materials received. Once the results are announced, implementation training begins, preparing for reliable and effective work.

Step 5
Test period

During the testing period, skills, communication skills, ambition, determination to achieve set goals and the declarations made during the recruitment process are verified. Further career development within Technius structures depends on the results obtained during this period.

Regardless of their professional experience and level of career development, each new member of the Technius Sp z o.o. team undergoes an induction training providing a foundation of knowledge about the Polish energy industry, professional consulting techniques, working standards, remuneration and development. Initial training allows you to broaden and consolidate your knowledge, learn about the company’s organisational culture and plan your own development within the structure.
