About this service

This is a comprehensive PV audit combined with an infrared (IR) thermographic inspection. The thermal camera detects hotspots, damaged cells and faulty connections invisible to the naked eye. You receive a report with a fault map and repair priorities, protecting both output and warranties.

What is the "Demand to remedy defects"?

It's the first formal step in a dispute with a photovoltaic installer. We represent you against an installer who neglected or poorly executed the installation: we draft a Demand to remedy defects referencing defects detected in the audit (including hotspots / cells found via thermography), with a deadline to repair and a legal basis. If the installer doesn't respond, the documents are ready for further steps (court, insurer, building inspector).
