§ 3. Data Recipients
Personal data may be transferred only to the following categories of recipients:
IT and hosting service providers (servers located within the European Union, communication encrypted with TLS protocol);
email system operators (SMTP Gmail) — solely for the purpose of delivering correspondence;
accounting offices and tax advisors — to the extent necessary for accounting purposes;
public authorities — solely on the basis of applicable legal provisions.
The Administrator does not sell personal data to third parties and does not transfer them outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
§ 4. Rights of the Data Subject
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:

Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) if you believe that the processing of your data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

location of servers within the European Union;
limitation of access to data only to authorized employees;
regular backups.
§ 7. Changes to the Privacy Policy
The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. Users will be informed of any significant changes through a notice on the website or an e-mail message (if a customer account is held). The date of the last update is located at the beginning of the document.
