Our recruitment process
Here's how it works — from application screening to the trial period.
Application screening
Submitted documents (CV, cover letter, questionnaire) are reviewed against the candidate's fit with the role profile, career path and growth potential within Technius Sp. z o.o.
Recruitment interview
Authors of applications meeting the formal requirements and rated positively are invited by phone to the first round — a competency-based interview held online.
Meeting with top candidates
Candidates whose growth potential within Technius is rated highest are invited to a second round. You'll learn the company's specifics, employment system and career paths, and get answers to your questions.
Onboarding meeting
The final step is passing a knowledge test on the Polish energy sector based on the materials we provide. After results are announced, onboarding training begins to prepare you for effective work.
Trial period
During the trial period we verify your skills, communication, ambition, drive to reach goals and the commitments made during recruitment. The results determine your further career path within Technius.
Training & development
Regardless of professional experience and career stage, every new Technius team member completes onboarding training covering Polish energy fundamentals, professional advisory techniques, work standards, compensation and growth. Initial training broadens and consolidates knowledge, introduces our culture and helps you plan your own development within the structure.
