The face is matched against the employee database and assigned clearances. An unrecognised person entering a protected zone — an archive, a server room, a warehouse — triggers an alert. So does someone the system knows but who has no clearance for that particular zone.
Guests and couriers are recognised too. A delivery is logged automatically, with no visitor book and without tying up anyone at reception.

The notification reaches your phone the moment it happens and carries the place, the time and a camera preview. You see what it is about before you even open the app — and you can judge straight away whether it warrants a call to security or is a false alarm.
